![]() ![]() I can't say this strongly enough: AVOID these people at all costs if you want any reasonable phone service for your small or medium sized company. There's a lot of competition in this space - stay AWAY from Aircall.io. This is a horribly run company, very greedy, does not care about customers once they've signed up. They won't escalate your requests, their support will just stick to their call script. No other competitors require a 1-year contract. They'll take your money, demand that you're locked in to a 1 year contract, despite no contract actually addressing the term, early termination, or that there is NO WAY to early terminate. Customer service and billing is horrible. WORST SERVICE EVER.Īvoid these guys - Find a competitor if you don't want pain £1000 spent, zero usage of the platform, 37 emails to support, 7 tickets raised. ![]() We have been told it escalated to management, but we're still locked out of our account. We are happy to pay for the time active, but we can't even offer it to anyone - does anyone work here out with sales!? We have been told via email it would be resolved, and we are now locked out of our account. AirCall billed us £1400, which they said would be credited, only to be billed the same amount three months in a row. One of our team added a user in error and immediately cancelled the user without the number is active. Don't try to use AirCall on your phone, the app is full of bugs, and the tech team do not support it. The call will constantly drop, even on wifi or 5G. ![]() We paid annually (£1000) and made 37 attempts to contact customer service due to latency issues, but nobody called back. The worst level of service we have ever experienced. ![]() With offices in New York, Paris, Sydney, Berlin, London, and Madrid, the company currently has over 650+ employees.Avoid this company at all costs ❌ Terrible service & zero support.
